Applying a transparent, glossy synthetic resin to a printed foil label creates labels with a high-quality, three-dimensional appearance. The resin seal protects the print. The labels are self-adhesive and are delivered arranged in columns and rows on a silicone paper backing, from which they can be easily removed.
In addition to foils, we can also finish metal or other materials with the transparent synthetic resin. The finish is always glossy. During production, the liquid resin flows over the surface to the outer edges and, after hardening, forms a transparent dome on the coated surface. For manufacturing reasons, sharp corners must be avoided on the outer contour. This requirement can be met inconspicuously and easily by using small radii. Taking this requirement into account, irregular outer shapes are also possible. For application on curved surfaces, it is necessary to make the synthetic resin soft and flexible. However, this results in a certain stickiness of the resin surface. For special projects, we carry out the finishing in clean room cells, as the resin is susceptible to dust until it has hardened.
