CNC geschnittene Schriftzüge

CNC-cut foil lettering – also in combination with photorealistic digital print details – is one of our production specialities. Numerous design options, short delivery times, no minimum quantities and a moderate cost level when using standard material qualities mean that many customers choose this lettering option. Thanks to the self-adhesive and accurate design in combination with a transparent mounting film, these letterings can be applied to many surfaces.

For many projects, we use the usual standard PVC films from the major film suppliers, which are usually available at short notice if we do not currently have our own stock. Depending on the film, the durability is specified by the film manufacturers as two, five or even seven years. However, the customer has to choose one of the colours on offer.
Kirsten would not be Kirsten if we could not also offer more specialised options! By printing on the back of a transparent film (polyester, polycarbonate, PVC, etc.) using screen and/or digital printing, we can implement countless additional colour requests. We then laminate an adhesive suitable for the intended use onto the back printing. As a result, the print is enclosed between the film and adhesive as if in a sandwich, thus achieving significantly greater durability and longevity. Moulding is then carried out again using the CNC process. In addition to single-colour designs, printed patterns and structures are of course also possible. For metallic versions, we use a metallised polyester film from the automotive sector, which we then have to print on the front. We then usually protect the print by laminating transparent protective film (in matt or glossy).
